Return/Exchange Policy
In-store pickup: Items have a 14-day return or exchange window with original tags and receipt. All refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT.
Shipped: Notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. If applicable, you will be issued STORE CREDIT after we receive the package with no damages and original tags intact. Items purchased online must be returned at your own expense.
Jewelry, laundry, bath products, shoes, and all clearance items are FINAL SALE - no refunds/exchanges.
We reserve the right to adjust policies as needed for special circumstances!
